In addition, I offer other assurance services (incl. reviews and compilations), NYC Forms TC309 / TC201 expertise, and audits of employee benefit plans. In addition, I have been involved in due diligence for several M&A transactions and have conducted SOX 404 audits. Our CPA firm is always looking for opportunities to grow the firm's accounting & auditing practice and tax practice.

I am interested in causes that help children, promote better health and fight diseases such as Leukemia and Cancer, and support veterans and our military. Over the years I've been active with several charitable organizations which support these causes.
